Eligibility
Renters must be 21+ with a valid license, identity verification, and full-coverage insurance. Provider and insurer approval still apply.
Approval & payment
TopNotch verifies the renter, the provider confirms the vehicle, and TopNotch gives final approval before payment. Payment is nonrefundable after final approval and payment.
Deposit & return
Security deposits are generally $500–$1,000. Unused deposits are released within three business days after return and inspection.
Vehicle-specific terms
Mileage, smoking, delivery area, tolls, extensions, and additional-driver rules depend on the exact vehicle and provider and are disclosed before payment.

Is the vehicle instantly booked?
No. TopNotch verifies the renter, the provider confirms the exact vehicle and dates, and TopNotch gives final approval before payment.
What do I need to qualify?
Renters must be at least 21 and provide a valid driver's license, identity verification and full-coverage insurance. Provider and insurer eligibility still apply.
How much is the security deposit?
The refundable security deposit is generally $500–$1,000 and depends on the exact vehicle and provider. The approved quote shows it before payment.
Where can the vehicle be delivered?
TopNotch serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Each provider sets its free delivery area; approved delivery beyond it is $2 per additional mile.
Are vehicle photos a guarantee?
No. Photography represents the kinds of partner inventory available. The exact unit, color, trim, mileage and terms are confirmed in writing for your request.
